OOh! i saw the artwork and its really nice….ur cat is soooo cute! I have one too!except she’s a kitten and adopted!!Mr,Jones, are your cats male or female????and which??
Both our cats are girls - sadly, Merle, the black one, died two years ago this month! But I had a dream about her last night - and in the dream she wasn’t dead, but she’d gone to live a vagabond life outdoors! She came to visit to let us know she was having a great time!
awwww thats sooo sweet do you think that it really was her sperit or somthing or do you think it was just a dream?
also mr.jones i have a questtion about the short story contest, how are we going to find out the winner? will it be posted on you blog?

AFJ. Liz - all questions about the writing competition should be refered to Marisa on her site - I only know what you guys know - Marisa is organizing it all.
…and as for Merle - who knows with cats? We had to take her to the vet to be put to sleep because she was so ill. We were leaving just after saying goodbye to her and holding her while she was given the injection, and we had to stop off to pay the vet bill - and while we were waiting, it was like a phantom cat had run across the reception desk - a cup of coffee was knocked over - papers and documents went flying all over the place - total chaos for a few moments! Now I’m not saying this is what was REALLY going on - but I guess it’s possible that the chaos was caused by Merle’s spirit coming to be with us for the drive home. Like I said…who knows with cats?

AFJ. Liz - sorry for the confusion. The results will appear on Marisa’s site early in January 2010. The cut-off date for submissions is the end of December this year. Marisa has asked that all submissions be posted as comments on her Story blog, but if anyone has a problem doing this, let me know and we’ll work something out. The stories should not be more that 5000 words long. They can be about any fantasy-based theme. They can include Faerie Path or Warrior Princess characters, if you like - or they can be about entirely different people and events. But I won’t like them better because they are about Tania, nor like them less because they are about something or someone else - so it’s up to you. The only other rule I can think of right now is that you have to be a member of Marisa’s Fan Club. Have I missed anything out? Oh, the way the prize will be sent is that the winner will send me a private message on my site with their real name and address - this will not be revealed to anyone else. And the only other rule I’m going to impose is that I’m not prepared to get into discussions with any of the people who post stories and don’t win, so it won’t be any good writing me with: “hey - I think my story was way better - how come it didn’t win???” Or “So-and-so’s story was much better than the winner - what were you thinking, Mr Frewin? Are you out of your mind????” Comments like that won’t get answered, okay?
Oh i would do the short story contest but i’m going through alot with a new school and everything and so all i write right now is about me personally.

Your cat is so cool. I can totally tell that she thinks she;’ the boss of the place.
My cat got in a fight with a racoon a few days ago! We had to take him to the vet and he’s okay, but half the fur is missing on one side of his face and its all scarred
We’re starting call him Two face and the phantom of the opera now

lol thanks Melody. His real name is Brady, but we’re just calling him that at the moment because it looks like he has two faces! And the vet said he would heal…eventually

Me too! I just love all animals…. but I’m not a obsessed animal lover though
AFJ. I never met an animal I didn’t like. I’m sponsoring a dormouse at the moment - and for a while I sponsored an octopus at London Zoo - and also a whale called Holly. Claudia sponsored a tarantula at the Zoo and is now sponsoring a tawny owl called Bug.
Awww thats so nice! My parents are thinking of “adopting” a dolphin.
that is sooooo cool! and i love all mamales and most reptiles but im aracnafobic sooooooo im terrified of spiders but cats are my fav animal!
I have always loved animals. I live on a small farm with goats, horses, dogs and a few cats. So I have been raised an animal lover.
