I have received a box of copies of the third book in the Destiny’s Path series: Merion of the Stones, which has just been published.

Just to recap for those who may not know, Destiny’s Path is the British title for the series published in America as Warrior Princess. So, Merion of the Stones is a reprint of The Emerald Flame.

If you would like to own a signed copy of this book, all you have to do is to write to me and give me the full names of the four Shining Ones - and you’ve already got one right here!

Don’t send your replies as comments to this blog - send them via my Contacts page. The first ten people who write in with the correct answer will get a copy of the book.

On the Faerie Path front, things have not changed since last I posted - I’m going to chase up information about the audio version soon, and I’ll let you know as soon as there are any developments.

I’m still working on my new spy-boy series, Codename Quicksilver, the first two books of which are due to be published in the UK in July this year.

Happy New Year - Happy New(ish) Book

Sorry it’s a bit late - but I’d like to wish a Happy New Year to you all.

This is quite a busy year for me so far. Today in the UK, Australia, Canada, new Zealand, etc. the third book of the Destiny’s Path Series is coming out.

For those who don’t know, Destiny’s Path is the UK version of the Warrior Princess series - with a few small edits (by me - just to put a few little things right) and a slightly different cover. But readers of Warrior Princess will know it by its American title: Warrior Princess: The Emerald Flame.

Well, now it’s called Destiny’s Path: Merion Of The Stones. Pretty much the same book, except with a new title.

The really exiting thing about these new editions is that it will finally allow the fourth book in the Warrior Princess series to see the light of day. This will be in April - just four months away. This 4th book has never been published in America - the American publishers of Warrior Princess decided three books about Branwen and co was enough. Emails I’ve received from many readers suggest they don’t necessarily agree with that opinion - so they will be delighted, I hope, to finally get their hands on this 4th book - almost 20 months after its original publication date. I will definitely be posting a competition when this book comes out - the lucky winners will get signed copies of the book, hot off the presses - so that’s worth looking out for.

Also in april, the third of The Six Crowns books will be coming out in America - it’s called Fire Over Swallowhaven, and anyone wanting to know more, can check it out at www.thesixcrowns.com.

I’m still busy with my new spy-boy series: Codename Quicksilver. I’m in the middle of book four right now, and the hero Zak Archer has just been fighting some spies on top of the Eiffel Tower, which was good fun to write. He has now arrived in venice on the Orient Express, but his enemies are closing in on him. I’m a real sucker for old James Bond movies, so this series has been great fun to write.

I am still really hoping to write that Faerie Path short story I’ve been talking about for months. Please bear with me on this - I’m just waiting for the work-load to go down a bit so that I have time to  get it written. There’s no more news yet on the audio versions of the Faerie Path books, but I’ll let you know as soon as I hear of any movement on that.

I hope you all have a great year in 2012 - I certainly intend to!
